Candilyt Keeper was built on a simple promise: the app runs entirely on your own device, and we don't collect, store, or transmit any personal data, ever. This policy explains what that means in practice.
We collect nothing. Candilyt Keeper does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos beyond what you choose to attach to a card, or any other personal detail. There is no sign-up, no account creation, and no hidden data collection running in the background.
Because no information is collected, none is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. We have no advertising business, no data broker relationships, and nothing to monetize from your shop's catalog — your candy inventory is yours alone.
Everything you create — your shelves, jars, treat cards, prices, weights and the change history behind them — is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud server, and Candilyt Keeper does not operate any remote database of user content.
Candilyt Keeper does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking software of any kind. No usage statistics are sent off your device to us or to any outside company.
Because your shop's catalog and history never leave your device, there is no remote transmission for anyone to intercept and no cloud account for anyone to breach. Your data's security depends on the same safeguards you already use to protect your phone.
Candilyt Keeper does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data collection occurs at all, the app is inherently compliant with children's privacy protections such as COPPA.
There are no accounts to manage and nothing stored by us to request the deletion of. If you'd like to remove your shop's data, simply delete the relevant cards within the app or uninstall Candilyt Keeper — this permanently removes all locally stored information from your device.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new features or clarify existing practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and our core commitment to not collecting personal data will not change.
